RETURNS HAPPEN!

In the rare event you don’t love your item, or it doesn’t fit quite right, we can change it out for you. We want you to love your House of Shan apparel and accessories.

 

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned within 30 days in new, undamaged condition. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

 

All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges please.

 

If you have any issues please email info@houseofshan.com with your order number, name and reason for return or exchange. We provide a free return shipping label for all exchanges. $5.95 re-stocking fee for all returns, we provide return label.
