Our founder, Shannon Buth, wrote this when she first created the brand: "An Imperfect Heart stitched over your heart as a daily reminder to live with passion, laugh everyday, love deeply, lift others up and don't ever quit your daydream." Since day 1, $5 from every purchase has gone to support women's and children's charities. With your help we have raised over $250,000 for these great causes!

Hi, I’m Shannon

I started this company in 2020 after my Mom passed away. It was a big turning point for me, and I always say House of Shan started as a love letter to her. She was my person, and it made me realize how precious this life is. Each day is truly a gift.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing women, men, and children proudly wearing and sharing our Imperfect Heart and spreading this message of love and embracing all of life's imperfections!

The message is simply a reminder to live your passion, laugh everyday, love deeply, lift others up, and don't ever quit your daydream.
