colors are different

I ordered two of the imperfect patch hats- one for myself and one for a friend. They arrived and are great quality. I was disappointed though because there aren't pictures of each hat in each color, so i selected "purple" thinking it would be a shade of purple similar to the "dot" that I selected on the website. When it arrived it was a deep purple, rather than the more "orchid" pinkish-purple it appeared I was selecting. If I had known the true color of the purple, I would have selected a different color. It's too dark for my taste.
